Q: Will tickets be available at the gate?

A: If the event is not sold out, limited tickets may be available at the gate. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance.

Q: What time do gates open?

A: Gates open at 3:00 PM. Arrive early to enjoy the full experience.

Q: Is re-entry allowed?

A: No re-entry is allowed once you exit the festival.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the event of rain, the festival will proceed as scheduled. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Q: Are bags allowed?

A: Yes. Only small clear bags are permitted and are subject to security screening. Clear bags must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are also allowed. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. NO BACKPACKS OR LARGE BAGS.
